- Oversee end-to-end operations of the local distribution centre, domestic logistics, and repair centre.
- Maintain strong working relationships with 3PL partners and ensure adherence to the LV Core Model.
- Monitor orders and conduct daily operational checks to meet KPIs.
- Lead the local repair centre and manage the repairs and spare-parts supply chain.
- Oversee domestic transport performance and carrier relationships for timely, high-quality delivery.
- Manage and maintain monitoring tools for Distribution Centre performance.
- Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement and peak-period readiness.
- Manage import and export activities ensuring compliance with customs requirements.
- Safeguard accurate inventory management, including cycle counting and stock cleaning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support projects and business needs.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration within the Care Services environment.
- Ensure contracts are followed and adapted as service requirements evolve.
- Establish and review SOPs with 3PL partners.
- Control costs, contribute to budget preparation, and verify invoices from service providers.
- Drive continuous improvement and process re-engineering for efficiency and cost control.
- Participate in process re-design, system testing, and implementation within WMS.
- Manage the local repair centre to ensure adequate training and knowledge transfer.
- Liaise with IS&T, Zone Digital, and Zone Supply Chain and Logistics teams for operational improvement projects.
- Demonstrated capability in managing complex logistics and warehouse operations.
- Proven ability to operate within high-precision environments such as luxury retail supply chains.
- Strong systems proficiency across Infolog, SAP, WMS, and TMS platforms.
- Expertise in import and export operations, customs requirements, and inventory optimisation.
- Collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a focus on developing and empowering people.
- Commercial acumen with a structured, agile, and solutions-driven approach.
- Analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create efficient systems that elevate performance.

Minimum of 5 years in logistics and warehouse operations management, preferably in luxury retail supply chains or premium third-party logistics settings.
