1. Oversee end-to-end operations of the local distribution centre, domestic logistics, and repair centre.
2. Maintain strong working relationships with 3PL partners and ensure adherence to the LV Core Model.
3. Monitor orders and conduct daily operational checks to meet KPIs.
4. Lead the local repair centre and manage the repairs and spare-parts supply chain.
5. Oversee domestic transport performance and carrier relationships for timely, high-quality delivery.
6. Manage and maintain monitoring tools for Distribution Centre performance.
7. Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement and peak-period readiness.
8. Manage import and export activities ensuring compliance with customs requirements.
9. Safeguard accurate inventory management, including cycle counting and stock cleaning.
10. Partner with cross-functional teams to support projects and business needs.
11. Champion a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration within the Care Services environment.
12. Ensure contracts are followed and adapted as service requirements evolve.
13. Establish and review SOPs with 3PL partners.
14. Control costs, contribute to budget preparation, and verify invoices from service providers.
15. Drive continuous improvement and process re-engineering for efficiency and cost control.
16. Participate in process re-design, system testing, and implementation within WMS.
17. Manage the local repair centre to ensure adequate training and knowledge transfer.
18. Liaise with IS&T, Zone Digital, and Zone Supply Chain and Logistics teams for operational improvement projects.

1. Demonstrated capability in managing complex logistics and warehouse operations.
2. Proven ability to operate within high-precision environments such as luxury retail supply chains.
3. Strong systems proficiency across Infolog, SAP, WMS, and TMS platforms.
4. Expertise in import and export operations, customs requirements, and inventory optimisation.
5. Collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a focus on developing and empowering people.
6. Commercial acumen with a structured, agile, and solutions-driven approach.
