1. Assist legal professionals in advising and managing contracts related to IT, new technologies, communication, advertising, and events.
2. Apply knowledge of obligations law, e-commerce law, and personal data regulations in a professional setting.
3. Conduct legal research and monitoring.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts for IT, Digital, and Communication teams.
5. Engage in international e-commerce, IT law, artificial intelligence, and Web 3.0.
6. Support the implementation of the AI Act & GDPR compliance program in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer and CISO teams.

1. Law student or trainee lawyer specializing in New Technologies Law/Digital Law or Business Law/Contract Law with a strong interest in IT Law.
2. Previous significant experience in a law firm or an international legal department.

1. Dynamic, organized, and meticulous with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a team.
4. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial experience in a law firm or international legal department.

Master's degree in Law, specializing in New Technologies, Digital Law, Business Law, or Contract Law.

Interns will participate in an integration day to understand the brand's values and undergo two evaluations during the internship to assess skill acquisition.
