1. Conduct legal research and provide operational support to HR teams on collective labor relations and preparation for professional elections.
2. Prepare meetings for employee representative bodies and negotiation or follow-up meetings for company agreements.
3. Develop presentation and communication materials with a social focus.
4. Draft document templates.
5. Monitor access and document submissions on the Economic and Social Database (BDESE).
6. Oversee the implementation and filing of company agreements.

1. Excellent legal skills in social law, currently pursuing a Master's degree or CRFPA level.

1. Proficiency in legal research tools.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Dynamic, adaptable, organized, and meticulous.

Previous internship or work-study experience in a law firm specializing in social law is required.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Social Law or equivalent.
