- Conduct legal research and provide operational support to HR teams on collective labor relations and preparation for professional elections.
- Prepare meetings for employee representative bodies and negotiation or follow-up meetings for company agreements.
- Develop presentation and communication materials with a social focus.
- Draft document templates.
- Monitor access and document submissions on the Economic and Social Database (BDESE).
- Oversee the implementation and filing of company agreements.
- Excellent legal skills in social law, currently pursuing a Master's degree or CRFPA level.
- Proficiency in legal research tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Dynamic, adaptable, organized, and meticulous.
Previous internship or work-study experience in a law firm specializing in social law is required.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Social Law or equivalent.
