1. Assist the legal team in providing counsel on IT and new technology matters, including contract management for IT, communication, advertising, and events.
2. Apply knowledge of contract law, e-commerce law, and data protection regulations in a professional setting.
3. Conduct legal research and maintain legal watch.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts.
5. Engage in international e-commerce, IT law, artificial intelligence, and Web 3.0 initiatives.
6. Support the implementation of the AI Act & GDPR compliance program in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer.

1. Enrolled in a Master 2 program in IT Law, Business Law, or Contract Law with a strong interest in IT law.
2. Previous significant experience in a law firm or international legal department.

1. Dynamic, organized, and meticulous with excellent written and oral communication skills.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
3. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively in a team.
4. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
