1. Support the legal team in providing advice on information and communication technology (ICT) matters.
2. Manage contracts related to IT, new technologies, communication, advertising, and events.
3. Apply knowledge of obligations law, e-commerce law, and data protection regulations in a professional setting.
4. Conduct legal research and maintain legal watch.
5. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts.
6. Engage with international e-commerce, IT law, artificial intelligence, and Web 3.0.
7. Assist in implementing the AI Act & GDPR compliance program in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer.

1. Law student or trainee lawyer specializing in ICT Law or Business/Contract Law with a keen interest in IT Law.
2. First significant experience in a law firm or international legal department.

1. Dynamic, organized, and meticulous with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
3. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and a strong team spirit.
4. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Beginner-level experience, ideally with exposure to international legal environments.

Pursuing a Master's degree in ICT Law, Business Law, or Contract Law.

Participation in an integration day with new joiners and two evaluations during the internship to assess skill acquisition.
