1. Assist the Legal Department with retail and real estate legal matters across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
2. Support the drafting, termination, and renewal of service and supply contracts for store operations.
3. Contribute to the conclusion of construction and renovation contracts for retail locations.
4. Aid in the negotiation and management of commercial lease agreements.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Law or equivalent, ideally supplemented by an L.L.M or a Specialized Master's from a business school.
2. Previous experience in a law firm or an international legal department.

1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Excellent drafting abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Team-oriented mindset.

Candidates should have prior experience in a legal setting, either in a law firm or an international corporate legal department.

Master's degree in Business Law, L.L.M, or equivalent.
