Louis Vuitton Legal Intern - Business and Contract Law

1. Assist the Legal Department in managing Retail and Real Estate legal matters across the EMEA region, encompassing approximately 130 stores in 37 countries.
2. Support the conclusion, termination, and renewal of service and supply contracts related to the store network operations.
3. Aid in the drafting and negotiation of construction and renovation contracts for stores.
4. Participate in the conclusion, termination, and renewal of commercial leases and subleases.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program in Business Law, ideally complemented by an L.L.M or a specialized Master's from a business school.
2. Previous significant experience in a law firm or an international legal department.

1. Dynamic and organized with excellent written and oral communication skills.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
3. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively in a team.
4. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Entry-level experience required, ideally with exposure to international legal environments.

Master's degree in Business Law, L.L.M or specialized Master's preferred.
