1. Assist the Legal Department with retail-related legal matters across the EMEA region, encompassing approximately 130 stores in 37 countries.
2. Draft, terminate, and renew service and supply contracts related to store operations, including client event organization.
3. Manage construction and renovation contracts for stores.
4. Handle commercial lease agreements, including drafting, termination, and renewal.
5. Develop, update, and maintain internal compliance documents related to pricing regulations, personal data protection, and anti-money laundering.
6. Support consumer law compliance initiatives.

1. Enrolled in a Master 2 program in Business Law, ideally complemented by an L.L.M or a specialized Master’s degree from a business school.
2. Previous significant experience in a law firm or an international legal department.

1. Dynamic and organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
3. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively in a team.
4. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Entry-level experience required, ideally with prior exposure to international legal environments.

Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.

Interns will participate in an integration day to understand the company's values and will undergo two evaluations during the internship to assess skill acquisition.
