1. Provide strategic legal support and advice to various departments, focusing on operations in Korea.
2. Draft, negotiate, review, and advise on a wide range of regulatory and commercial agreements.
3. Oversee leasing documentation, including tenancy agreements and related legal matters.
4. Manage and resolve disputes involving Louis Vuitton and external parties.
5. Coordinate communications with government and regulatory authorities.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external counsel.
7. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting Louis Vuitton.
8. Lead legal compliance projects, including those related to product compliance and consumer protection.
9. Conduct legal and compliance training for staff.
10. Advise on data privacy compliance and manage related agreements and policies.
11. Conduct privacy risk assessments and manage data audits.
12. Handle privacy complaints and incidents of breach.

1. 10+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or multinational corporation.
2. Admitted to the Korean Bar or qualified to practice law in a common law jurisdiction.
3. Extensive experience in corporate and commercial law.
4. Proven track record in managing legal and regulatory compliance projects.
5. Experience in the retail, consumer goods, fashion, or luxury industry.
6. Experience with governmental or regulatory bodies in Korea.

1. Fluency in English and Korean.
2. Strong business acumen and commercial intuition.
3. Ability to provide strategic advice and practical solutions promptly.
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or multinational corporation, with a focus on corporate and commercial law.

Admitted to the Korean Bar or qualified to practice law in a common law jurisdiction.
