- Provide strategic legal support and advice to various departments, focusing on operations in Korea.
- Draft, negotiate, review, and advise on a wide range of regulatory and commercial agreements.
- Oversee leasing documentation, including tenancy agreements and related legal matters.
- Manage and resolve disputes involving Louis Vuitton and external parties.
- Coordinate communications with government and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external counsel.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting Louis Vuitton.
- Lead legal compliance projects, including those related to product compliance and consumer protection.
- Conduct legal and compliance training for staff.
- Advise on data privacy compliance and manage related agreements and policies.
- Conduct privacy risk assessments and manage data audits.
- Handle privacy complaints and incidents of breach.
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or multinational corporation.
- Admitted to the Korean Bar or qualified to practice law in a common law jurisdiction.
- Extensive experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Proven track record in managing legal and regulatory compliance projects.
- Experience in the retail, consumer goods, fashion, or luxury industry.
- Experience with governmental or regulatory bodies in Korea.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
- Strong business acumen and commercial intuition.
- Ability to provide strategic advice and practical solutions promptly.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or multinational corporation, with a focus on corporate and commercial law.
Admitted to the Korean Bar or qualified to practice law in a common law jurisdiction.
