1. Provide legal support in IT, Digital (including digital communication, e-commerce, CRM), and Innovation (such as blockchain, big data, AI, Web 3.0).
2. Negotiate, draft, and validate various contracts, including the development and updating of standard contracts.
3. Offer legal expertise on cross-functional projects to various stakeholders, including New Technologies and other support departments, as well as external advisors.
4. Manage pre-litigation and litigation processes.
5. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations (covering client and employee data) and AI regulations, in collaboration with regional legal and data protection teams.
6. Conduct legal monitoring, including legislative, regulatory, and case law developments.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Law and/or Private Law (Bac +5 equivalent).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate or law firm setting, specializing in New Technologies Law and Privacy/AI regulations.
3. Proven experience in international contract negotiation.

2. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
3. Attention to detail and creativity, with a strong affinity for the luxury sector.

A minimum of 5 years in a corporate or law firm environment, focusing on New Technologies Law and Privacy/AI regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Law and/or Private Law (Bac +5 equivalent).
