1. Assist the leather sourcing team in the procurement and management of materials for the Women's Leather Goods collections.
2. Initiate leather development and enhancements following design briefs for prototyping and duplication needs.
3. Oversee administrative tasks and scheduling of material testing with suppliers, including tanneries and processors.
4. Update project management tools, including project tracking tables, budget monitoring, and PLM coding.
5. Drive leather research by engaging with suppliers on new developments and conducting competitive analysis.
6. Participate in organizing material novelty presentation meetings.
7. Serve as the primary contact for the material room for reordering management.
8. Maintain vigilance on innovations related to material reuse.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
3. Strong affinity for materials and leather goods products.
4. Adaptable, flexible, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Previous project management experience is a plus.
