1. Assist the Leather Sourcing team in the procurement and daily management of materials.
2. Initiate leather development and enhancements following design briefs for prototyping and duplication needs.
3. Oversee administrative tasks and material testing with suppliers, including tanneries and processors.
4. Update project management tools, including project tracking, budget monitoring, and PLM coding.
5. Lead leather research initiatives and engage with supplier panels on new developments.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and organize material novelty presentation meetings.
7. Serve as the primary contact for the material room, managing restocking and maintaining a constant watch on material reuse innovations.
8. Collaborate closely with Design, Purchasing, and Material and Product Development teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a business, engineering, design school, university, or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
3. Strong affinity for materials and leather goods products.
4. Proactive with project management skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
