1. Assist the Leather Sourcing team in daily material procurement and management.
2. Initiate leather development and finishing processes based on design briefs for prototyping and duplication purposes.
3. Oversee administrative tasks and material testing with suppliers, including tanneries and processors.
4. Update project management tools, including project tracking tables, budget monitoring, and PLM coding.
5. Lead leather research initiatives and engage with supplier panels to introduce new materials.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and organize material novelty presentation meetings.
7. Serve as the main contact for the material room, managing reorders and maintaining a constant watch on material reuse innovations.
8. Collaborate closely with Design, Purchasing, and Material and Product Development teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a business, engineering, design school, or university equivalent.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
3. Strong affinity for materials and leather goods products.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to project management or material sourcing.

Currently pursuing higher education in a relevant field.
