1. Inspect leather at tanneries in Italy and compile detailed reports.
2. Ensure selection percentage and provide precise information to the Leather Division and ateliers.
3. Ensure compliance with leather articles and report any deviations.
4. Define which leathers to inspect and in what percentage, based on feedback analysis, material alerts, quality issues in production, and leather goods operations causing material non-conformity.
5. Support and develop leather selectors at LV sites.
6. Conduct quality benchmarking analyses with suppliers, finished product sites, and headquarters.
7. Follow quality material action plans with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Participate in defining control criteria with material developers, quality teams, suppliers, and laboratories.
9. Work on critical products with the development area to support pre-series leather tests with leather developers and client laboratories.
10. Share validated control criteria with project teams and site inspectors.
11. Stay updated on leather usage issues in LV workshops to provide advisories to Italian leather suppliers, ensuring issues are related to material quality non-conformity and guiding leather sorting accordingly.
12. Participate in intersectoral quality calibration campaigns in collaboration with the Quality Department, if necessary.
13. Support cutting operations as needed.

1. Expertise in quality tools (problem-solving, cutting plan audits, corrective and preventive actions).
2. Knowledge of logistics processes and leather inspection and selection methods at tanneries.
3. Proficient understanding of leather, including manual leather cutting.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to work independently with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated integrity and responsibility.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
7. Interest in training and providing support.
8. Proficient in English; French is an advantage.
