- Serve as a role model in sales, achieving personal goals while supporting the team in reaching theirs.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven sales acumen and client relationship management.
- Ability to coach and develop team members.
- Insight into market trends and product performance.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
