- Serve as a role model in sales, achieving personal goals while supporting the team in reaching theirs, and encourage cross-selling and repeat client visits.
- Cultivate and expand a personal client portfolio.
- Maximize business opportunities through effective sales floor management, ensuring a visible presence and adherence to service standards.
- Support the Store Manager and/or Team Manager in ensuring the team embodies brand values in every client interaction.
- Provide consistent coaching to team members, identifying development needs and suggesting personalized action plans.
- Assist in identifying, recruiting, and developing talent, contributing to succession planning in partnership with the Store Manager and/or Team Manager.
- Motivate the team to drive business results, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Serve as the store's point person for the Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance, quality, client insights, and market trends.
- Support the product category's business through team engagement, briefings, information sharing, and action plan implementation.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales strategies and client relationship management.
- Ability to coach and develop team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Insight into market trends and product performance.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector, demonstrating strong leadership and sales capabilities.
