1. Manage alerts from clients and suppliers, resolving non-conformities promptly.
2. Participate in regular meetings with suppliers to ensure product specifications are met and explore improvement opportunities.
3. Conduct conformity checks against the technical and durability standards required by the Maison.
4. Perform regular visits to suppliers to verify technical and process characteristics throughout the production cycle.
5. Evaluate product defects and propose technical adjustments.
6. Compile qualitative and quantitative reports on inspections conducted and provide insights on non-conformities.

1. Technical diploma or degree.
2. Previous technical experience in the leather goods sector.

1. Excellent knowledge of materials.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
3. Analytical skills for KPI collection and interpretation.
4. Proficiency in English and/or French at a B2 level.
5. Strong problem-solving orientation and communication skills.
6. Willingness to travel for short business trips.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality control within the leather goods industry.

Technical diploma or degree required.
