1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Leather Goods or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in prototyping within the leather goods industry.

1. Proven expertise in leather goods products, materials, and processes including cutting, assembly, and mounting.
2. Advanced proficiency with technical tools and 3D project visualization.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to innovate and propose solutions.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a pedagogical approach.

A minimum of 3 years in leather goods prototyping, demonstrating recognized expertise in product development and technical tool mastery.

Bachelor's degree in Leather Goods or related field.
