1. Support the growth and integration of new processes within the leather goods prototyping department.
2. Participate in the launch of prototypes and audit compliance with standards.
3. Act as a backup for the logistics reference in tracking materials and shipping finished products.
4. Coordinate the dispatch of prototypes ensuring all deliverables meet quality, feasibility, and market standards.
5. Collaborate closely with Industrialization Project Managers to ensure deliverables for industrialization are complete.
6. Identify project risks early and propose solutions.
7. Quantify deviations from targets and suggest improvements.
8. Formalize and update various processes as part of continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a business school, engineering school, or university.
