- Optimize collection size and assortment, balancing new introductions with end-of-life products.
- Prepare and support buying sessions for showrooms, including documentation and order validation.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising to define and implement guidelines.
- Contribute to digital activation strategies for product categories.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop retail sales tools, such as newsletters and learning moments.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail or Collection Merchandising, with a preference for experience in Leather Goods.
- Strong analytical and synthetic skills to handle complex data and propose relevant action plans.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set appropriate priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and Anaplan.
- Adaptability and responsiveness.
- Result-oriented with the ability to collect and utilize information effectively for decision-making.
- Strong understanding of the Fashion and Leather Goods market.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
