- Conduct comprehensive analysis of Leather Goods margin, including monthly variance analysis, industrial impacts, and sales effects.
- Prepare and monitor marketing margin for actuals and strategic planning in collaboration with business planning teams.
- Develop and present closure reports for operational and top management teams.
- Define and revise margin forecasts during budget periods.
- Support Marketing, Merchandising, Design, and Business Planning teams in managing and planning operational expenses, both actual and forecasted.
- Participate in closure activities, including order and budget tracking, monthly provision calculations, and variance analysis.
- Analyze analytical journals to identify misallocations.
- Manage P2P flows for relevant departments.
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop budgets and forecasts, acting as a business partner.
- Engage in the Maison's budget cycle, including budget, re-estimates, and strategic planning for Leather Goods and cross-functional analyses.
- Monitor consolidated P&L, ensuring a comprehensive view of resources utilized by all departments and subsidiaries.
- Participate in cross-functional financial projects, including the implementation of new financial and operational tools and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Finance, ideally in audit firms or financial control departments
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP, BW, and Power BI is advantageous
- Understanding of accounting operations related to closure, expenses, and investments
- Comprehensive understanding of P&L and balance sheet
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or control.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
