- Lead and manage a team of financial controllers to ensure financial and operational excellence in the Leather Goods division.
- Oversee the production of analytical reports and activity reporting, including sales, gross margin, product depreciation, collection performance, and stock monitoring.
- Construct and monitor development expenses and operational costs.
- Control and animate Purchase-to-Pay flows within the designated scope.
- Coordinate with the Financial Directorate, other financial departments, and operational directions.
- Drive collaboration with the Industrial Finance team for Leather Goods.
- Contribute to the animation of the Financial Directorate and partner with Product operational directions.
- Steer the Mock-up activity with Performance Management for Leather Goods.
- Participate actively in the coordination dynamics of the activity, including weekly sales tracking, pre-S&OPs, debriefs, best estimates, stock reviews, and agility reviews.
- Engage in regular meetings with Product operational directions and manage ad hoc requests.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance, ideally within a management control department.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is advantageous.
- Experience in closely managing a team, contributing to their performance and development.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
A minimum of 8 years in a finance role, with significant experience in management control.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
