Louis Vuitton Leather Goods Financial Controller

- Lead and supervise a team of financial controllers to ensure financial and operational excellence in the Leather Goods division.
- Oversee the production of analytical reports and activity reporting, including sales, gross margin, product depreciation, collection performance, and stock monitoring.
- Manage the development and operational expenses, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Control and animate the Purchase-to-Pay processes within the designated scope.
- Coordinate with the Financial Directorate, other financial departments, and operational divisions to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Drive collaboration with the Industrial Finance team for Leather Goods.
- Contribute to the Financial Directorate's initiatives and partner with product operational divisions.
- Steer the Mock-up activity management with the Performance Management team for Leather Goods.
- Actively participate in the coordination of activities, including weekly sales tracking, pre-S&OPs, debriefs, best estimates, stock reviews, and agility reviews.
- Engage in regular meetings with product operational divisions and manage ad hoc requests.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, ideally within a management control department.
- Proficiency in accounting standards and financial processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is advantageous.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Result-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced financial environment.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills within a financial directorate and with internal clients.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on management control, is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
