1. Lead and supervise a team of financial controllers to ensure financial and operational excellence in the Leather Goods division.
2. Oversee the production of analytical reports and activity reporting, including sales, gross margin, product depreciation, collection performance, and stock monitoring.
3. Manage the development and operational expenses, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
4. Control and animate the Purchase-to-Pay processes within the designated scope.
5. Coordinate with the Financial Directorate, other financial departments, and operational divisions to ensure seamless collaboration.
6. Drive collaboration with the Industrial Finance team for Leather Goods.
7. Contribute to the Financial Directorate's initiatives and partner with product operational divisions.
8. Steer the Mock-up activity management with the Performance Management team for Leather Goods.
9. Actively participate in the coordination of activities, including weekly sales tracking, pre-S&OPs, debriefs, best estimates, stock reviews, and agility reviews.
10. Engage in regular meetings with product operational divisions and manage ad hoc requests.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, ideally within a management control department.
3. Proficiency in accounting standards and financial processes.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is advantageous.
2. Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
3. Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
4. Result-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced financial environment.
5. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills within a financial directorate and with internal clients.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on management control, is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
