1. Completion of an artisanal training program, preferably in fashion or footwear, or demonstrable manual dexterity in crafts such as embroidery, DIY, or pastry-making.

Internal training program lasting 6 weeks, with monthly testing and interview sessions. Fixed afternoon working hours from 13:25 to 20:45. Initial contract of 6 months with potential for career growth.
