1. Support leather developers in the homologation process for new leather references and transformations, including dossier preparation and archiving.
2. Conduct tests on new leather references or transformations, manage laboratory requests, track timelines, follow up, analyze results, and share findings with developers.
3. Ensure quarterly updates of the Color Libraries for various leathers and oversee the masterization and storage of new master skins in collaboration with developers.
4. Participate in New Product Projects within the Men's division, managing the development process of new materials including risk analysis, pre-industrialization, project management, and supplier visits.
5. Support the Leather Division in working groups to characterize leathers, organizing and monitoring test campaigns, and compiling and analyzing data.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement projects based on current design needs.
