5. Approve leathers through laboratory testing, process validation, control audits, and aesthetic criteria.
6. Ensure leather assembly in collaboration with the finished product manufacturing site.
7. Propose optimizations throughout the industrialization process to enhance material design.
8. Manage innovation projects related to materials, including design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in development or industrialization roles.
