1. Lead the development of leather materials in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives including style, quality, cost, and timelines.
2. Support creative teams by ensuring the industrial feasibility of initial prototypes.
3. Formalize industrial specifications for suppliers and assist in the selection of supplier panels with the project buyer.
4. Industrialize leather collections in collaboration with suppliers, validating design and manufacturing processes.
5. Approve leathers through laboratory testing, process validation, control audits, and aesthetic criteria.
6. Ensure leather assembly in collaboration with the finished product manufacturing site.
7. Propose optimizations throughout the industrialization process to enhance material design.
8. Manage innovation projects related to materials, including design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in development or industrialization roles.

3. Fluency in French and English; Italian proficiency is advantageous.
