The LVMH Institute of Excellence in Craftsmanship, established in 2014, is a prestigious training program designed to perpetuate the Group's artisanal, creative, and sales expertise. Through partnerships with leading educational institutions, the program offers participants dual training, combining academic instruction with hands-on experience at LVMH Maisons such as Bulgari, Celine, Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana, and Louis Vuitton.

1. Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on high-quality leather craftsmanship.
2. Engage in both theoretical and practical learning modules, including 500 hours of classroom and workshop instruction and 400 hours of hands-on internship.
3. Collaborate closely with artisans in the creation of leather prototypes and products.
4. Attend Master Classes and industry meetings to gain insights into luxury branding and craftsmanship.
5. Complete a professional qualification recognized by the Tuscany Region and the European Qualifications Framework.

2. Possession of a secondary school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
3. Non-EU citizens must have a valid work permit.
4. Residency or domicile in Tuscany is required.
