1. Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on high-quality leather craftsmanship.
2. Engage in hands-on prototype creation and leather product development.
3. Collaborate closely with artisans in the fields of modeling, leather selection, and cutting.
4. Attend theoretical and practical training sessions within LVMH Maisons.
5. Complete a 400-hour internship at one of the LVMH Maisons, alternating with theoretical coursework.

1. Must be unemployed, inactive, or not currently engaged in work.
2. Non-EU citizens must possess a valid work permit.
3. Must be at least 18 years old.
4. Secondary education diploma or equivalent required.
5. Residents or domiciled individuals in Tuscany are eligible.
6. Demonstrated manual dexterity, patience, precision, and attention to detail.

No prior experience required, although a background in craftsmanship is advantageous.

Participants will receive 900 hours of training, including 500 hours of classroom and laboratory work, and 400 hours of internship experience. The program includes master classes, educational visits to Maisons, and meetings with industry professionals.
