1. Support the creation of training materials and e-learning content.
2. Assist in planning and coordinating training programs.
3. Manage the learning management system, including user registration, course tracking, and KPI monitoring.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for internal communications related to learning topics.
5. Support the organization of trainings, including supplier contact, delegate registrations, and logistics.
6. Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from training sessions to improve future programs.
7. Provide administrative support, including scheduling sessions, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
8. Contribute to the delivery of learning topics and special projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is a plus.
2. Previous internship experience in HR or retail is appreciated.
3. Fluent in English and Italian.
