1. Support the Learning Team in the creation of training materials and e-learning content.
2. Assist in planning and coordinating training programs.
3. Manage the learning management system, including user registration, course tracking, and KPI monitoring.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for internal communications related to learning topics and develop new communication initiatives.
5. Support the organization of training sessions, including logistics and delegate registration.
6. Assist in the development of in-house training programs and collect feedback to improve future initiatives.
7. Provide administrative support, including scheduling sessions, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
8. Participate in transversal projects and deliver learning topics and special projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is a plus.
2. Previous internship experience in HR or retail is appreciated.
3. Fluent in English and Italian.

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus.
5. Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit.
6. Problem-solving skills and a proactive, innovative mindset.

Beginner level experience, ideally with previous internship experience in HR or retail.

Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is a plus.
