1. Assist in gathering and consolidating the skills development plan and contribute to its monitoring.
2. Organize and oversee HR Headquarters onboarding days.
3. Coordinate language and professional training sessions and manage relationships with service providers.
4. Administer the digital platform in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
5. Communicate learning initiatives to Headquarters staff.
6. Monitor and report on Learning team KPIs and evaluations to internal stakeholders.
7. Participate in cross-functional projects as needed.
8. Manage purchase orders and the training budget.

1. Currently enrolled in a Human Resources or Communication program, with ideally some experience in a corporate setting.

1. Organized and meticulous with a strong ability to adapt.
2. Curious with analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
4. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
5. A keen interest in the luxury sector, embodying its values of excellence, attention to detail, creativity, and ambition.

Ideal candidates should have some prior experience, such as an internship or apprenticeship, in a corporate environment.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Communication.
