- Participate in the deployment of the training plan in collaboration with external providers.
- Contribute to the creation and monitoring of onboarding programs across all departments.
- Consolidate training data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Propose and develop new training modules using diverse formats such as e-learning and in-person sessions.
- Engage in various projects with different sites, including the deployment of professional training and evaluation processes.
- Enhance the visibility of training offerings, processes, and tools through structured and innovative communication.
- Support actions to promote acculturation to the brand and its industrial and supply chain sectors through webinars.
- Monitor the deployment of a talent mentoring program, including project tracking, event organization, and satisfaction measurement.
- Maintain an active watch on Learning & Development trends through benchmarking and article selection.
- Final year student in a Master's program (BAC+5) with a specialization in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with 360° learning tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
