1. Participate in the deployment of the training plan in collaboration with external providers.
2. Contribute to the creation and monitoring of onboarding programs across all departments.
3. Consolidate training data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
4. Propose and develop new training modules using diverse formats such as e-learning and in-person sessions.
5. Engage in various projects with different sites, including the deployment of professional training and evaluation processes.
6. Enhance the visibility of training offerings, processes, and tools through structured and innovative communication.
7. Support actions to promote acculturation to the brand and its industrial and supply chain sectors through webinars.
8. Monitor the deployment of a talent mentoring program, including project tracking, event organization, and satisfaction measurement.
9. Maintain an active watch on Learning & Development trends through benchmarking and article selection.

1. Final year student in a Master's program (BAC+5) with a specialization in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Familiarity with 360° learning tools is a plus.
