- Lead the Digital Services Product team, collaborating with omnichannel departments to optimize and deliver high-performing, differentiated services.
- Define and implement a development plan focused on customer needs, market trends, company objectives, and omnichannel impact.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle for digital services, identifying new product opportunities in alignment with the global digital strategy.
- Establish clear performance indicators to measure product effectiveness, organize regular product reviews, and define a medium-term vision for the scope.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis within the luxury sector.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for the product team.
- Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, particularly in omnichannel services or similar customer journey aspects.
- Proven ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex problems.
- Experience in managing a team while maintaining strict quality standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical and commercial teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand market trends and identify new or existing business opportunities.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
