1. Serve as the primary reference for labour regulations within the company.
2. Control, plan, and implement legislative updates in labour matters.
3. Oversee conflict resolution and labour relations policies.
4. Coordinate with external labour consultants and legal advisors.
5. Engage with official labour bodies such as the Labour Inspectorate and Social Security.
6. Review HR processes to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
7. Manage the internal mobility program.
8. Design and manage projects and policies related to equality, work-life balance, and working hours registration.
9. Coordinate with HR Business Partners on employee labour relations and conflict resolution.
10. Supervise internal processes to ensure health and safety compliance.
11. Manage and negotiate with unions.
12. Represent the company in the employers' association.

1. Degree in Law and/or Labour Relations; a master's degree in HR is advantageous.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the retail or luxury sector, or in a law firm.

4. Service-oriented with a strong sense of trust, confidentiality, and integrity.
5. Exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with others.
6. Fluency in Spanish and English.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the retail or luxury sector, or in a law firm, is required.
