Louis Vuitton Labour Relations Specialist

- Serve as the primary reference for labour regulations within the company.
- Control, plan, and implement legislative updates in labour matters.
- Oversee conflict resolution and labour relations policies.
- Coordinate with external labour consultants and legal advisors.
- Engage with official labour bodies such as the Labour Inspectorate and Social Security.
- Review HR processes to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Manage the internal mobility program.
- Design and manage projects and policies related to equality, work-life balance, and working hours registration.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners on employee labour relations and conflict resolution.
- Supervise internal processes to ensure health and safety compliance.
- Manage and negotiate with unions.
- Represent the company in the employers' association.
- Degree in Law and/or Labour Relations; a master's degree in HR is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the retail or luxury sector, or in a law firm.
- Highly organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
- Agile and adept at handling multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Service-oriented with a strong sense of trust, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with others.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the retail or luxury sector, or in a law firm, is required.
Degree in Law and/or Labour Relations; a master's degree in HR is valuable.
