1. Coordinate information and requests between VIP development, ateliers, studio, and cross-functional teams.
2. Organize fittings and visits for VIP clients.
3. Manage and track product launches across various ateliers and departments.
4. Oversee the coordination and tracking of deliveries.
5. Prepare and coordinate client events, including selection preparation and logistics management.
6. Communicate necessary information for model presentations on sales applications.
7. Monitor and analyze sales during events and prepare event summaries.
8. Respond to regional requests and manage order tracking, deposits, and payments.
9. Schedule fittings and ensure production and delivery follow-up for made-to-order requests.
10. Collaborate on new packaging creation and coordinate photoshoots for client lookbooks.

1. Degree from a business school or equivalent higher education institution.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, including internships and apprenticeships.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, including internships and apprenticeships, is required.
