- Identify, recruit, and support future interns and apprentices within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain department.
- Collaborate with operational and HR teams to gather recruitment needs.
- Define publication strategies and draft job postings.
- Select and screen resumes, conduct pre-qualification calls, and interviews.
- Formalize agreements and contracts for interns and apprentices.
- Manage and engage with the community of interns and apprentices.
- Develop and implement impactful campus strategies, including forums, conferences, and mentorship programs.
- Organize recruitment events and manage career pages on platforms such as Louis Vuitton, Jobteaser, and LinkedIn.
- Support internal communities of mentors and ambassadors.
- Design and deploy cross-functional HR projects related to recruitment and development of young talent.
- Enhance employer branding and create HR communication materials.
- Analyze key performance indicators and manage KPIs for France and internationally.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Engineering, University, or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources, Communication, Event Management, or Information Systems.
- Previous experience in human resources.
- Dynamic and adaptable with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level experience in human resources is required.
Master's degree in progress in relevant fields such as Business, Engineering, or Human Resources.
