1. Identify, recruit, and support future interns and apprentices within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain department.
2. Collaborate with operational and HR teams to gather recruitment needs.
3. Define publication strategies and draft job postings.
4. Select and screen resumes, conduct pre-qualification calls, and interviews.
5. Formalize agreements and contracts for interns and apprentices.
6. Manage and engage with the community of interns and apprentices.
7. Develop and implement impactful campus strategies, including forums, conferences, and mentorship programs.
8. Organize recruitment events and manage career pages on platforms such as Louis Vuitton, Jobteaser, and LinkedIn.
9. Support internal communities of mentors and ambassadors.
10. Design and deploy cross-functional HR projects related to recruitment and development of young talent.
11. Enhance employer branding and create HR communication materials.
12. Analyze key performance indicators and manage KPIs for France and internationally.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Engineering, University, or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources, Communication, Event Management, or Information Systems.
2. Previous experience in human resources.

2. Proactive with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English.

Entry-level experience in human resources is required.

Master's degree in progress in relevant fields such as Business, Engineering, or Human Resources.
