- Identify, recruit, and support future interns and apprentices within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain department.
- Collaborate with operational and HR teams to gather recruitment needs.
- Define publication strategies and draft job postings.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
- Formalize internship agreements and contracts.
- Manage and engage the community of interns and apprentices.
- Develop impactful campus strategies, including forums, conferences, and mentorship programs.
- Coordinate recruitment events and manage relationships with educational institutions.
- Animate career pages on platforms such as Louis Vuitton, Jobteaser, and LinkedIn.
- Support internal communities of tutors and ambassadors.
- Design and implement cross-functional HR projects aligned with recruitment and talent development strategies.
- Enhance employer branding and create HR communication materials.
- Analyze key performance indicators and manage KPIs for France and internationally.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Engineering, University, or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources, Communication, Event Management, or Information Systems.
- Previous experience in human resources.
- Dynamic and adaptable with strong organizational skills and initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level experience in human resources is required.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in relevant fields.
