1. Identify, recruit, and support future interns and apprentices within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain department.
2. Collaborate with operational and HR teams to gather recruitment needs.
3. Define publication strategies and draft job postings.
4. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
5. Formalize internship agreements and contracts.
6. Manage and engage the community of interns and apprentices.
7. Develop impactful campus strategies, including forums, conferences, and mentorship programs.
8. Coordinate recruitment events and manage relationships with educational institutions.
9. Animate career pages on platforms such as Louis Vuitton, Jobteaser, and LinkedIn.
10. Support internal communities of tutors and ambassadors.
11. Design and implement cross-functional HR projects aligned with recruitment and talent development strategies.
12. Enhance employer branding and create HR communication materials.
13. Analyze key performance indicators and manage KPIs for France and internationally.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Engineering, University, or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources, Communication, Event Management, or Information Systems.
2. Previous experience in human resources.

1. Dynamic and adaptable with strong organizational skills and initiative.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong analytical abilities, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English.

Entry-level experience in human resources is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in relevant fields.
