- Monitor and manage upstream flows: supplier relations, transportation organization in France or abroad, and warehouse receipt validation.
- Manage downstream flows with warehouses: validate and enter country orders, preparations, and shipments.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to manage and optimize stock distribution across all regions.
- Improve service levels to all stores and internal clients.
- Participate in implementing a sales forecasting tool for packaging activities.
- Oversee the supply chain during VM events (e.g., Christmas, artistic collaborations).
- Optimize lead times from suppliers to global warehouses.
- Student in engineering school, business school, or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Supply Chain.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to tools and interlocutors.
- Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VBA, macros) and SAP, Power BI.
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level position requiring a minimum of 6 months of experience in Supply Chain.
Student in engineering school, business school, or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain.
The position is an apprenticeship starting in July 2025 for a duration of 1 year.
