2. Verify material availability for prototype creation and propose alternatives if necessary.
3. Coordinate the shipment and availability of reference materials and prototypes.
4. Monitor material delivery to model makers and workshops in France and Italy throughout the development process.
5. Support the launch of certain prototypes, including components.
6. Track delivery and receipt of prototypes, including software entry and photography.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as purchase orders and invoice tracking.
8. Contribute to the enhancement of tools and processes.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/+5).
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
4. Knowledge of PLM is advantageous.
