1. Ensure the feasibility and timely delivery of special orders, adhering to quality and margin expectations.
2. Coordinate local project teams to achieve set objectives.
3. Participate in initiatives related to enhancing customer experience.
4. Study the feasibility of special leather goods orders, coordinating with internal and external workshops.
5. Price special requests in line with marketing-defined price and margin levels.
6. Monitor production schedules, ensuring compliance and quality, and report deviations using ProChain.
7. Regularly engage with project stakeholders to maintain momentum.
8. Support actions aimed at improving customer experience, including event organization and material preparation.
9. Propose improvements for activity tracking tools.
10. Organize bespoke remote appointments with clients.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Strong command of Excel; familiarity with Power BI is recommended.
4. Demonstrated rigor and organizational skills.
5. Interest in product and craftsmanship.
