1. Collaborate with project managers and closely work with developers, team leaders, and master leather craftsmen to oversee projects related to new products, ensuring quality, safety, and ergonomics.
2. Formalize procedures for launching new products, including monitoring raw material flows and finished products.
3. Participate in product development management and respond to referencing requirements.
4. Track and enhance communication tools, particularly production launch and start-up schedules.
5. Standardize project tracking tools such as dashboards.

1. Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. Ideally, some experience in the industrial sector.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
3. Strong priority management and communication skills.
4. Ability to synthesize information effectively.
5. Curiosity, organization, and autonomy.
6. A passion for challenges and development in a demanding environment.

Entry-level, ideally with some exposure to the industrial sector.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
