1. Ensure the development and availability of new products, adhering to expected timelines, quality, and margins.
2. Coordinate local project teams to achieve their objectives.
3. Manage project timelines from marketing brief to sales date, identifying risks and reporting deviations.
4. Facilitate regular project updates with stakeholders.
5. Challenge marketing teams on decisions that may jeopardize projects.
6. Secure resolutions in cases of technical, margin, or quality issues.
7. Oversee the launch of new materials and receipt of pre-series.
8. Coordinate with Cost Control on Standard Costing.
9. Conduct weekly reporting on development indicators and extract key messages.
10. Analyze quarterly discrepancies between initial and actual planning using ProChain, and identify necessary actions with the team.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Recommended proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
3. Curiosity and agility with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Environmental consciousness and commitment to the company's goals.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
