- Ensure the development and availability of new products, adhering to expected timelines, quality, and margins.
- Coordinate and secure the commitment of local project teams to achieve their objectives.
- Manage project timelines from marketing brief to sales date, identifying risks and reporting deviations.
- Regularly engage with project stakeholders and challenge marketing teams when necessary to safeguard project integrity.
- Facilitate decision-making in case of technical, margin, or quality blockages.
- Oversee the launch of new materials and receipt of pre-series.
- Collaborate with Financial Control on Standard Cost Returns.
- Conduct weekly reporting on development indicators and extract key messages.
- Analyze quarterly discrepancies between initial and actual timelines to identify necessary actions.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
- Curiosity and agility with strong interpersonal skills.
