1. Ensure the development and availability of new products, adhering to expected timelines, quality, and margins.
2. Coordinate and secure the commitment of local project teams to achieve their objectives.
3. Manage project timelines from marketing brief to sales date, identifying risks and reporting deviations.
4. Regularly engage with project stakeholders and challenge marketing teams when necessary to safeguard project integrity.
5. Facilitate decision-making in case of technical, margin, or quality blockages.
6. Oversee the launch of new materials and receipt of pre-series.
7. Collaborate with Financial Control on Standard Cost Returns.
8. Conduct weekly reporting on development indicators and extract key messages.
9. Analyze quarterly discrepancies between initial and actual timelines to identify necessary actions.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Familiarity with Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
4. Curiosity and agility with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Environmental consciousness and commitment to the company's objectives.
