Junior Project Manager Intern

1. Ensure the development and availability of new products, meeting deadlines, quality, and margin expectations.
2. Coordinate and gain the commitment of local project teams to achieve their objectives.
3. Manage project timelines from marketing brief to sales date, identifying risks using Critical Chain Project Management.
4. Report and alert on project deviations.
5. Regularly engage with project stakeholders.
6. Challenge marketing teams on decisions that jeopardize the project.
7. Resolve blockages related to technical development, margin, and quality.
8. Ensure the launch of new materials and receipt of pre-series.
9. Coordinate with Financial Control on Standard Cost Returns.
10. Conduct weekly reporting on development indicators and extract key messages.
11. Analyze quarterly discrepancies between initial and actual planning to identify necessary actions.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Recommended proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
3. Curious and agile with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Environmentally conscious and committed to contributing to the company's objectives.
