1. Manage recruitment processes for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Optimize staffing during peak activity periods in collaboration with team members.
3. Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent attraction.
4. Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and school visits.
5. Contribute to the onboarding of new employees by preparing hiring documents and monitoring probationary periods.
6. Update and manage data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
7. Maintain and track HR dashboards, including recruitment, workforce, and absenteeism statistics.
8. Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
9. Actively contribute to innovative HR projects such as employer branding and process redesign.
10. Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
11. Facilitate HR communication within teams.
12. Assist the HR team with daily and recurring tasks.
13. Monitor and support the intern and apprentice population through mid-term reviews and end-of-term evaluations.

1. Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Demonstrated rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
3. Proactive with a penchant for taking initiative.
4. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for talent development.
6. Creative mindset with excellent writing abilities.
7. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
8. Interest in the luxury and retail sectors.
