- Manage recruitment processes for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding.
- Optimize staffing during peak activity periods in collaboration with team members.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent attraction.
- Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and school visits.
- Contribute to the onboarding of new employees by preparing hiring documents and monitoring probationary periods.
- Update and manage data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Maintain and track HR dashboards, including recruitment, workforce, and absenteeism statistics.
- Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
- Actively contribute to innovative HR projects such as employer branding and process redesign.
- Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
- Facilitate HR communication within teams.
- Assist the HR team with daily and recurring tasks.
- Monitor and support the intern and apprentice population through mid-term reviews and end-of-term evaluations.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Demonstrated rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
- Proactive with a penchant for taking initiative.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for talent development.
- Creative mindset with excellent writing abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
