- Assist in the production of financial data and preparation of monthly closures.
- Support Financial Controllers in preparing reports and projects for the Executive Committee.
- Develop monthly tracking of unbilled orders (GR/IR process).
- Aid in the implementation of budgets and rolling forecasts, particularly in investment tracking.
- Actively participate in the analysis and neutralization of industrial variances.
- Update financial databases regularly.
- Monitor departmental expenses.
- Contribute to the formalization and deployment of financial procedures across departments.
- Participate in rotating inventory counts of stored assets.
- Conduct inventories of fixed assets.
- Engage in the annual audit with external auditors.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance or Engineering.
- Previous internship or work-study experience is preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt.
- Meticulous attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Proficiency in complex data management.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
Entry-level position suitable for students with prior internship or work-study experience.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Engineering.
Internship contract requiring a school-issued internship agreement. Duration of 4 months starting by April 1, 2025.
