- Assist Jewelry Product Managers in daily tasks, gaining a comprehensive view of product development.
- Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders including press, merchandising, photo studio, digital, and security.
- Analyze market trends and competition to produce monthly summaries of new developments in the jewelry market.
- Manage logistics for in-range products, including entrusted items, shooting schedules, and workshop dispatches.
- Update tools on a daily, monthly, and semi-annual basis.
- Coordinate product development for new items and animations, supporting product managers with competitive analysis and market trend studies.
- Ensure tools for development tracking, such as creation and launch plans, are up-to-date.
- Manage the shooting schedule for new product launches.
- Develop and define commercial tools and sales aids, including digital bibles, books, sales arguments, product news, NIP, and modelario.
- Oversee the development of product environments, including certificates, cases, manuals, and digital launches.
- Cultivate privileged contacts with various interlocutors such as press, industry, photo library, documentation, and security.
- Enrollment in a Master's program (Business School, Design/Fashion School, or University).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ease.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Product development experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in market analysis and trend identification.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
No prior experience required, though significant product development experience is considered an asset.
Master's degree in progress (Business, Design/Fashion, or related field).
