Louis Vuitton Jewelry Industrial Project Assistant Internship

- Monitor and update the development budget on a weekly basis.
- Place development orders and consolidate technical dossiers.
- Draft specifications and input product information into the PDMi industrial database.
- Standardize dashboards and update supplier pricing offers.
- Track delivery quantities and support project development and dual sourcing with project managers.
- Update Launch Metrics tool for managing finished product movements.
- Collaborate with supply chain to determine ongoing projects per supplier.
- Initiate component counter-typing with new industrial partners.
- Monitor production performance indicators to enhance delivery objectives.
- Update industrial team standards for continuous improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks such as service-related orders and courier requests.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Demonstrates rigor, precision, and technical understanding.
- Agile and capable of teamwork.
- Proactive, diplomatic, and autonomous.
- Product sensitivity and interest in the jewelry sector is advantageous.
- Embodies the values of the brand with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Master's degree in progress in engineering, business, or equivalent.
