1. Support the lead project manager in the development and production of jewelry projects.
2. Define and clarify project objectives, analyzing designs and specifications.
3. Coordinate resources to achieve quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
4. Manage project risks and issues effectively.
5. Handle tenders and prepare cost estimates.
6. Oversee pre-series and initial order placements.
7. Manage dual-sourcing projects to optimize costs, quality, and timelines.
8. Regularly update the development budget.
9. Draft specifications and consolidate technical documentation.
10. Input and verify product information in the PLM database.
11. Standardize dashboards.
12. Update the Launchmetrics tool for prototype management.
13. Engage in component counter-typing with new industrial partners.
14. Monitor production performance indicators to enhance delivery objectives.
15. Collaborate with procurement for annual price reviews in PLM.
16. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
17. Manage prototypes and entrusted items.
18. Coordinate courier requests.

1. Master's level student in engineering, business, or equivalent university program.
2. Demonstrates rigor, precision, and technical understanding.
3. Agile and capable of teamwork.
4. Proactive, diplomatic, and autonomous.
5. Product sensitivity and interest in jewelry is advantageous.
6. Embodies the values of the brand, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Fluent in French and English.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
