- Contribute to monthly financial closures, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and ad hoc analyses.
- Establish, analyze, and control product costing, encompassing sourcing, development, manufacturing, and billing.
- Monitor raw material purchases and ensure accurate stock valuation.
- Track the industrial performance of the internal workshop.
- Provide financial support for various industrial projects.
- Participate in cross-functional projects such as RJC certification tracking, SAP and PLM developments.
- Coordinate inventories, including preparation, execution, analysis, and presentation to auditors.
- Oversee destruction processes.
- Ensure adherence to management procedures across all operational flows.
- Provide operational support to the Jewelry teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in financial controlling.
- Strong knowledge of financial controlling and accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Advanced proficiency in SAP.
- Fluency in English.
- Client-oriented with adaptability and emotional intelligence.
- Strong organizational, proactive, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented and versatile.
- Familiarity with PowerBI is advantageous.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years in financial controlling is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related field.
